Chicken Thighs – Air Fryer
Tasty air fryer chicken thighs. Easy, quick and flavorful.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Oil
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Dry Basil
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- ½ tsp. White Pepper
- ½ tsp. Pepper Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep Chicken
- Mix spice blend, pat chicken thighs dry with paper towel, then place chicken thighs in a bowl, add oil and seasoning blend.
- Rub the seasoning in to ensure it’s well blended into the chicken, cover with plastic wrap and let marinade for 30 mins to overnight in the refrigerator. Marinade for at least 10 mins. MINIMUM.
Cook Chicken
- Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
- Fry for 15 minutes. Flip halfway through. Internal temp should be 165°F.
- Rest chicken for a minute before serving.
Notes
Use perforated parchment paper or Silicone Fryer Pot if worried about sticking or clean up.
Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches, if necessary. Use a meat thermometer (160° – 165° F.) Monitor carefully. Do Not Overcook. Chicken will be tough and dry if overdone.
