MEATLOAF in a Muffin Pan

Quick and Simple. Traditional flavor in single-serving portions without any mess in a loaf pan.

  • Large Mixing Bowl

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Plain Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 Small Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Small Carrot - finely grated
  • 1 Small Celery Stalk - finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp Dried Thyme
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 large Egg - beaten
  • Cooking Spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a standard muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until all are evenly incorporated.
  • Divide this mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it down slightly to compact it.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and browned on top.
  • Let the muffin pan rest for a few minutes.
  • Carefully remove the loaves from the muffin pan and serve hot.
