MEATLOAF in a Muffin Pan
Quick and Simple. Traditional flavor in single-serving portions without any mess in a loaf pan.

- Muffin Pan
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- ½ cup Plain Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
- ¼ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 Small Onion - finely chopped
- 1 Small Carrot - finely grated
- 1 Small Celery Stalk - finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic - minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Dried Thyme
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 large Egg - beaten
- Cooking Spray
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a standard muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until all are evenly incorporated.
- Divide this mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it down slightly to compact it.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and browned on top.
- Let the muffin pan rest for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the loaves from the muffin pan and serve hot.
