Beef Mushroom Burgers

Mouth-watering Burgers for your next Cookout or Weeknight dinner.

  • Large Mixing Bowl



  • 1 lb. Ground Sirloin
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ cup. Mushrooms - chopped small
  • ¼ cup Onions - finely chopped
  • 4 Hamburger Buns - split

Toppings (Optional)

  • Cooked Bacon Slices
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato Slices
  • Mustard, Ketchup, Pickles, Relish - to taste


  • In a bowl, mix beef, mushrooms, onions, oregano, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Do not overwork the misture. when mixing.
  • Grill burgers over medium-hot grill until no longer pink. 125°F for Medium Rare. 145°F for Medium Well. (3-5 Minutes per side.)
  • Top with your choice of bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
