Beef Mushroom Burgers
Mouth-watering Burgers for your next Cookout or Weeknight dinner.Difficulty: Beginner
Servings 4
Equipment
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
Burgers
- 1 lb. Ground Sirloin
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- ½ cup. Mushrooms - chopped small
- ¼ cup Onions - finely chopped
- 4 Hamburger Buns - split
Toppings (Optional)
- Cooked Bacon Slices
- Cheese slices
- Lettuce
- Tomato Slices
- Mustard, Ketchup, Pickles, Relish - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, mix beef, mushrooms, onions, oregano, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Do not overwork the misture. when mixing.
- Grill burgers over medium-hot grill until no longer pink. 125°F for Medium Rare. 145°F for Medium Well. (3-5 Minutes per side.)
- Top with your choice of bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
