Mustard, Ketchup, Pickles, Relish

INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix beef, mushrooms, onions, oregano, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Do not overwork the misture. when mixing.
Grill burgers over medium-hot grill until no longer pink. 125°F for Medium Rare. 145°F for Medium Well. (
3-5 Minutes per side.
)
Top with your choice of bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
