Pork Chop Rub

The perfect dry rub for tender, juicy Chops – Oven Baked or Air Fried. A taste to please every palette.

Equipment

  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Shaker-top Glass Jar

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder - (See note)
  • Salt and Black pepper - to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine first 4 spices in a small Mixing Bowl to make the Rub.
  • Apply Salt and Pepper to taste. Pat to set S & P firmly on chop.
  • Coat Chops with a thin coating of cooking oil.
  • Apply Rub liberally to both sides of the Pork Chops.
    Oven Bake or Air Fry to 145°F.

Notes

If Garlic isn’t your thing, substitute Onion Powder.
The recipe makes enough for 4 – 6 Chops.
Store extra in a shaker-topped glass spice bottle.
