Pork Chop Rub
The perfect dry rub for tender, juicy Chops – Oven Baked or Air Fried. A taste to please every palette.Difficulty: Beginner
Equipment
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Shaker-top Glass Jar
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder - (See note)
- Salt and Black pepper - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine first 4 spices in a small Mixing Bowl to make the Rub.
- Apply Salt and Pepper to taste. Pat to set S & P firmly on chop.
- Coat Chops with a thin coating of cooking oil.
- Apply Rub liberally to both sides of the Pork Chops.Oven Bake or Air Fry to 145°F.
Notes
If Garlic isn’t your thing, substitute Onion Powder.
The recipe makes enough for 4 – 6 Chops.
Store extra in a shaker-topped glass spice bottle.
