KOREAN Wings

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice wine
  • 4 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Chili Pepper Paste - Gochujang
  • ½ Tbsp. Ginger - minced
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • 3 Green onion - thinly cut
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds - (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour the ingredients into the saucepan and stir over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Make a cornstarch slurry – mix cornstarch & water, whisk vigorously, then add to the sauce.
  • Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Coat wings with sauce and Bake to 165° F. internal temp.
  • Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
