KOREAN Wings

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine
- 4 cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 Tbsp. Red Chili Pepper Paste - Gochujang
- ½ Tbsp. Ginger - minced
- Black pepper - to taste
- 3 Green onion - thinly cut
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds - (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the ingredients into the saucepan and stir over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Make a cornstarch slurry – mix cornstarch & water, whisk vigorously, then add to the sauce.
- Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Coat wings with sauce and Bake to 165° F. internal temp.
- Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
