Bay Seasoning
An "Old" Spice Blend for Fish or Shrimp – even roasted potatoes or corn on the cob.Difficulty: Beginner
Servings 4 Tbsp.
Equipment
- Small Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. Celery Salt
- 2 tsp. Ground Bay Leaves
- 2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 ½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Ground Mustard
- ¼ tsp. Allspice
- ¼ tsp. Cayenne
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground Ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
Notes
May be kept in an airtight container and stored indefinitely until needed.
