Chicken Teriyaki
This Oriental favorite is simple and quick to fix in your Air Fryer with a thick flavorful sauce that the whole family will enjoy. Difficulty: Easy

Equipment
- Air Fryer
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ lbs. B/S Chicken Tights - cut into bite-size pieces
- ¾ cup Teriyaki Sauce - store bought or homemade
- 1 Small Onion - diced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F. for 5 minutes.
- Trim chicken into bite-sized pieces and put in a bowl with teriyaki sauce and onion. Stir to coat each piece and allow to marinate for 5 minutes to an hour.
- Pour into a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes shaking the basket at the halfway mark.
- Check to ensure chicken is done by taking the internal temp of the largest piece Chicken should be 160°F. Add 1 more minute at a time until all chicken is done.
- Serve over bed of white rice.
Notes
Air Fryers differ in size and power. Adjust times to suit your Air Fryer. Always check for doneness with a digital, instant-read thermometer.
