Apple Crumb Pie

A fabulous Dessert when served warm and paired with your favorite scoop of ice cream.

  • 9" Glass Pie Pan
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Pastry Blender


  • 1 Unbaked Pillsbury Pie Crust


  • 4 Large Apples - Fuji
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Crumb Topping

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup AP Flour
  • cup Butter


  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Line Pie Pan with Pie Crust, trimming excess with sharp knife and rippling the edge between your forefinger and thumb.

Pie Filling

  • Peel and slice apples into bite sized pieces.
  • Arrange Apple pieces in Pie. Sprinkle with ½ cup sugar mixed with Cinnamon.

Crumb Topping

  • Combine remaining ½ cup Sugar and Flour. Cut in Butter with a Pastry Blender until you achieve a crumbly texture and spread the topping evenly over the pie.
  • Bake at 450°F. for 10 minutes
  • Reduce heat to 350°F. and bake for additional 40 minutes.
