Potato Wedges

Quick and ever so simple Seasoned Potao Wedges in your Air Fryer.

  • Air Fryer
  • Large Mixing Bowl

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 Lg. Baking Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup EVOO
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese - grated

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Scrub and cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Trim off pointy ends, Blot the cut surfaces with a paper towel, then put into Bowl.
  • Add oil and coat evenly. Place wedges into Fryer basket on parchment paper, cut sides up in a single layer. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes at 360°F.
  • Fork test and if fork tender increase the temperature to 400°F and fry for another 7 minutes.
  • Serve plain or with Sour Cream and add Salt And Pepper if desired.
