Potato Wedges – Air Fryer

Potato Wedges
Quick and ever so simple Seasoned Potao Wedges in your Air Fryer.Difficulty: Beginner
Servings 4
Equipment
- Air Fryer
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Lg. Baking Potatoes
- ¼ Cup EVOO
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Parmesan Cheese - grated
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scrub and cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Trim off pointy ends, Blot the cut surfaces with a paper towel, then put into Bowl.
- Add oil and coat evenly. Place wedges into Fryer basket on parchment paper, cut sides up in a single layer. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
- Air fry for 15 minutes at 360°F.
- Fork test and if fork tender increase the temperature to 400°F and fry for another 7 minutes.
- Serve plain or with Sour Cream and add Salt And Pepper if desired.
