Fish – Breaded
For Haddock, Cod, Halibut, Tilapia, or Catfish. This light and crispy recipe with a sweet and mild flavor is a healthy dinner option.Difficulty: Easy

Equipment
- Rimmed Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Shallow Bowl or Plate
- Air Fryer (Optional)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Fish fillets - approx. 1 ½ lb
- 1 ½ cups Regular or Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- ¼ cup EVOO
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1 Lemon - wedged or sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F. (Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.)
- Line baking sheet or Air Fryer with parchment paper.
- Put the Breadcumbs and Paprika into a shallow bowl or plate.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Rub on all sides with the oil, salt and pepper.
- Dredge the each fillets in the breadcrumbs, pressing to coat thoroughly on both sides. Then place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes (8-10 minutes for Air Fryer) or until fish flakes easily and breading is Golden Brown. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Garnish with lemon and Serve.
Notes
Cooked Fish will keep for 2 to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat over low-medium heat in a skillet. (Microwave is NOT recommended.)
Cooked Fish may be frozen for up to a month but the texture will deteriorate. Air Fryers vary in Cooking times. Flip Fish half way and watch carefully for doneness. Breading should be golden Brown.
