Wings – Plain Spice
A simple spice based Coating for Chicken Wings. (Oven Baked or Air Fried.)Difficulty: Beginner
INGREDIENTS
- ⅓ Cup AP Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic Salt
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together in a one-gallon plastic bag. Add Chicken Parts, seal, and shake to completely coat all parts.
Notes
This is enough to coat about 14-16 Chicken Wing Drumettes and Flats. It’s also a great coating for whole Drumsticks or Thighs.
You can Oven Bake or Air Fry at 400° F. until lightly brown and crispy.
14 Minutes in an Air Fryer is about right for a large-capacity Frier.
