Garlic Herb Butter

A quick, simple staple in your fridge to use as a steak or seafood garnish.

Equipment

  • Small Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Plastic Wrap

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter - softened
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley - chopped fine

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix softened Butter, minced Garlic and chopped Parsley in a small bowl until smooth and creamy – not melted.
  • Transfer to plastic wrap and shape into a log or stick.
  • Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

To Soften Butter, leave at room temperature overnight or for at least 2 hours.
