Garlic Herb Butter
A quick, simple staple in your fridge to use as a steak or seafood garnish.
Equipment
- Small Bowl
- Whisk
- Plastic Wrap
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp. Butter - softened
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley - chopped fine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix softened Butter, minced Garlic and chopped Parsley in a small bowl until smooth and creamy – not melted.
- Transfer to plastic wrap and shape into a log or stick.
- Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
To Soften Butter, leave at room temperature overnight or for at least 2 hours.
