INGREDIENTS

Butter

softened

garlic

minced

Tbsp.
Parsley

chopped fine
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix softened Butter, minced Garlic and chopped Parsley in a small bowl until smooth and creamy - not melted.
Transfer to plastic wrap and shape into a log or stick.
Leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
Slice and serve.
Notes
To Soften Butter, leave at room temperature overnight or for at least 2 hours.
