Red Wine Vinaigrette

This zesty Italian Red Wine Vinaigrette is easy to make with simple ingredients in five minutes or less. A true taste of Italy.

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 small Canning Jar, 16 oz. or equal

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup EVOO
  • 6 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Celery Seeds
  • 2 clove Garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Store in a jar or airtight container in refrigerator.

Notes

Substitute Italian Seasoning or finely chopped fresh herbs for the Dried Oregano.
