Shrimp Rangoon Cups
Creamy Shrimp filling in Crispy Wonton Cups makes the perfect bite-sized appetizer. Easy to bake and always a party favorite. Difficulty: Easy

- 2 Mini-muffin Pans
- Medium Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS…
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
- 24 Whole Popcorn Shrimp
- 1 lb. Cooked Shrimp - chopped
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
- 4 Green Onions - finely sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic - minced
- 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper - to taste
- Cooking Spray or Oil - for brushing
- Chopped Chives - for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 2 mini muffin pans.
- Press one wrapper into each cavity to form small cups with pointed edges. Lightly spray or brush the cups with Oil.
- Mix the Cream Cheese, Cooked Shrimp, Green Onions, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sesame Oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a bowl to make the filling. Fill each cup evenly and lightly press one whole Popcorn Shrimp into the top of each cup.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are Crisp and Golden.
- Garnish with Chopped Chives and serve warm.
