Sticky Chicken
A no fuss, no muss 3 ingredient dinner entré. Simple, easy, and super delicious. Difficulty: Beginner

Equipment
- Slow Cooker
INGREDIENTS…
- 4 to 6 B/S Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Apricot Preserves
- 1 cup Russian or Catalina Dressing
- 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lightly spray your slow cooker with Cooking Oil.
- Combine the Preserves, Dressing, and Onion Soup Mix in the slow cooker, mixing well.
- Add the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated on all sides. Arrange in a single layer.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through. (165°F internal temp.)
- Serve over white rice, buttered egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
