CHEESY SHRIMP ROLLS

Stuffed Cheesy Shrimp Rolls are the perfect appetizer or addition to a Oriental meal.

Equipment

  • Medium Skillet
  • Large Skillet or Wok

INGREDIENTS… 

  • 1 lb. Shrimp - Peeled, Cooked, and Chopped
  • 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese - Softened
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - Minced
  • 2 Green Onions - Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper - to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • Oil - for frying
  • Fresh Chives - for garnish
  • Dipping Sauce - your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Melt Butter in a medium skillet. Add Garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in Chopped Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Green Onions, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper until creamy and well mixed.
  • Spoon the filling onto each Egg Roll Wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with water.
  • Heat Oil in a deep skillet or Wok over medium heat.
  • Fry the Shrimp Rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with Fresh Chives.
  • Serve warm with your favorite Dipping Sauce.
