CHEESY SHRIMP ROLLS

Equipment
- Medium Skillet
- Large Skillet or Wok
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 lb. Shrimp - Peeled, Cooked, and Chopped
- 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
- 4 oz Cream Cheese - Softened
- 2 Garlic Cloves - Minced
- 2 Green Onions - Chopped
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt and Black Pepper - to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Oil - for frying
- Fresh Chives - for garnish
- Dipping Sauce - your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt Butter in a medium skillet. Add Garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in Chopped Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Green Onions, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper until creamy and well mixed.
- Spoon the filling onto each Egg Roll Wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with water.
- Heat Oil in a deep skillet or Wok over medium heat.
- Fry the Shrimp Rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until crispy and golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with Fresh Chives.
- Serve warm with your favorite Dipping Sauce.
