Garlic Butter Parmesan Shrimp Bake

This Bake is rich, buttery, and cheesy with juicy shrimp in every bite. A fantastically simple seafood dinner.

  • Small Pan
  • 9″ x 9″ Glass Baking Dish
  • Air Fryer

INGREDIENTS… 

  • 1 lb. Large Shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter - melted
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley - chopped
  • Mozzarella Cubes - 1 per Shrimp

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine Oil, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Mix well then add Shrimp and toss to evenly coat.
  • In a small pan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add minced Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Arrange Shrimp in the baking dish and pour the Garlic Butter sauce evenly over the Shrimp.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese and Parsley over Shrimp. Add a Mozzarella Cube to each Shrimp.
  • Air Fry for 10 to 12 minutes until Shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
  • Add an extra 1–2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
  • Serve hot, directly in the baking dish, along with crusty Italian Bread dipped into the sauce.
