Garlic Butter Parmesan Shrimp Bake
This Bake is rich, buttery, and cheesy with juicy shrimp in every bite. A fantastically simple seafood dinner.Difficulty: Easy

Equipment
- Large Bowl
- Small Pan
- 9″ x 9″ Glass Baking Dish
- Air Fryer
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 lb. Large Shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 4 Tbsp. Butter - melted
- 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley - chopped
- Mozzarella Cubes - 1 per Shrimp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine Oil, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Mix well then add Shrimp and toss to evenly coat.
- In a small pan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add minced Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Arrange Shrimp in the baking dish and pour the Garlic Butter sauce evenly over the Shrimp.
- Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese and Parsley over Shrimp. Add a Mozzarella Cube to each Shrimp.
- Air Fry for 10 to 12 minutes until Shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
- Add an extra 1–2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
- Serve hot, directly in the baking dish, along with crusty Italian Bread dipped into the sauce.
