INSTRUCTIONS
Melt Butter in a medium skillet. Add Garlic and cook for about
30 seconds.
Stir in Chopped Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Green Onions, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper until creamy and well mixed.
Spoon the filling onto each Egg Roll Wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with water.
Heat Oil in a deep skillet or Wok over medium heat.
Fry the Shrimp Rolls in batches for
2 to 3 minutes per side
, until crispy and golden brown.
Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with Fresh Chives.
Serve warm with your favorite Dipping Sauce.
