Beef Over Noodles
Crockpot Beef over Noodles is the ultimate comfort meal. Rich, hearty, and perfect for a no fuss dinner. Difficulty: Easy

Equipment
- Crockpot
- Large Skillet
INGREDIENTS…
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast - cubed
- 1 small Onion - chopped
- 8 oz. Mushrooms - sliced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. AP Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 10 oz. Egg Noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
Sear the Beef:
- In a large skillet, sear the Beef, remove to the crockpot, leave juices in skillet.
Make the Gravy:
- In the skillet used to sear the Beef, now melt Butter, whisk in Flour to form a rue, then add Onion, Mushrooms, Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic and Onion Powder, Pepper, and Salt. Stir to combine and simmer until thick, smooth, and rich. Add to Crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until beef is tender.
- Cook noodles:
- In a large pot, boil noodles in salted water until tender, then drain.
Serve:
- Either add the Noodles to the crockpot to make a single dish or serve the Beef & Gravy over Noodles.
