Potato Casserole – Ham and Cheese – Crock Pot II
This hearty and delicious Casserole is the very definition of Comfort Food. Just mix, turn on the Crock Pot, and come back in 4 hours for culinary perfection with zero fuss or muss.Difficulty: Beginner

Equipment
- Crock Pot
INGREDIENTS
- 30 oz. Shredded Frozen Potatoes
- 1 lb. Diced Ham
- 1 can Cream Of Onion Soup - undiluted
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Unsalted Butter - Melted
- 6 oz. Herbed Stuffing Mix
- 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- In the crockpot, combine the frozen potatoes, diced ham, soup, onion soup mix, and sour cream. Mix to combine well.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the ham and potato mixture.
- Layer the stuffing on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing.
- Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Remove the lid and serve.
