Cheeseburger Pockets
These Pockets are a juicy burger wrapped in a golden, flaky crust! Quick and loaded with cheesy goodness. The perfect portable on-the-go meal.Difficulty Easy
Servings 8 Rolls
Equipment
- Lg. Skillet
- Parchment Paper
- Baking Sheet
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Sm. Onion - Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
- 1 pkg. Crescent Rolls
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the Oven to 375°F.
- In a Lg. Skillet, heat EVOO and add the Onion when oil is hot.
- Sauté Onions for about 3-4 minutes, until Translucent.
- Add Ground Beef to Skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in Ketchup, Mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Set Skillet aside from heat and allow the Ground Beef mixture to cool before filling.
- Unroll the Dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of Ground Beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, sprinkle some Shredded Cheese on top.
- Fold the Dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the pockets on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the Rolls are golden brown and crisp.
Notes
Allow the finished rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving.
