INGREDIENTS
1lb.Ground Beef
1Sm.Onion - Finely Chopped
1cupCheddar Cheese - Shredded
1pkg.Crescent Rolls
2Tbsp.Ketchup
1Tbsp.Mustard
1Tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper - to taste
1Tbsp.EVOO
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the Oven to 375°F.
In a Lg. Skillet, heat EVOO and add the Onion when oil is hot.
Sauté Onions for about 3-4 minutes, until Translucent.
Add Ground Beef to Skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in Ketchup, Mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
Set Skillet aside from heat and allow the Ground Beef mixture to cool before filling.
Unroll the Dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of Ground Beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, sprinkle some Shredded Cheese on top.
Fold the Dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
Place the pockets on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the Rolls are golden brown and crisp.
