Pizza Crust – Crispy Cheese
This Crispy Meat Lovers' Pizza Crust is golden and crispy on the outside, slightly chewy on the inside. It's strong enough to hold all your favorite toppings without falling apart. 3 simple ingredients. It reheats beautifully while staying firm.

Equipment
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Baking Sheets & Parchment Paper
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Lg. Eggs
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
Optional Toppings:
- Pepperoni
- Ground Beef - cooked
- Italian Sausage - cooked
- Ham
- Bacon - cooked & crumbled
- Extra Mozzarella Cheese
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Onion - thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients In a bowl, whisk Eggs until smooth. Stir in Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin circle or rectangle shape.

- Bake for 15–18 minutes until the crust becomes golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings.
- Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes until toppings are heated and Cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Spread thin for extra crispiness.
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crunch.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
