INGREDIENTS
1cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
4Lg.Eggs
½cupParmesan Cheese - grated
Optional Toppings:
Pepperoni
Ground Beef - cooked
Italian Sausage - cooked
Ham
Bacon - cooked & crumbled
Extra Mozzarella Cheese
Sliced Mushrooms
Onion - thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
Mix ingredients In a bowl, whisk Eggs until smooth. Stir in Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese until fully combined.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin circle or rectangle shape.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until the crust becomes golden brown and crispy around the edges.
Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings.
Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes until toppings are heated and Cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Spread thin for extra crispiness. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking. Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crunch. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
