Sausage Wonton Cups

These easy Sausage Wonton Cups will be your go-to appetizer! Only 5 ingredients and 35 minutes to make.

Equipment

  • Medium Skillet
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Two 12 cup Muffin Tins

INGREDIENTS… 

  • 1 lb Country Sausage
  • 8 oz Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • ¾ cup Red and Green Bell Peppers - chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 12 oz Wonton Wraps

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown Sausage and drain grease.
  • Chop Red and Green Bell Peppers.
  • Push Wonton Wraps into a muffin pan, forming wavy edged cups.
  • Bake at 350°F. for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked Sausage, Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, Peppers, and Ranch Dressing. Stir to combine.
  • Fill the Wontons with the Sausage and Cheese mixture. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
