Sausage Balls – Cheesy

Cheesy Sausage Balls
Four ingredients. Super easy to make and taste fabulous.Difficulty: Beginner
Equipment
- Mini-muffin Pan
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Pork Sausage - Your favorite flavor
- 1 lb Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick Biscuit Mix
- ⅓ cup Milk
- Onion powder - too taste
- 1 Tbsp Parsley - finely chopped
- Spray Oil - to grease pan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then form into small balls.Do not overwork the mixture otherwise it will be tough when done.
- Place in lightly greased mini-muffin pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-30 mins until browned and reach 165248F internal temp with a instant read digital thermometer.
Notes
Substitute Colby Jack for Cheddar for added richness.
