Cheesy Sausage Balls

Four ingredients. Super easy to make and taste fabulous.

Equipment

  • Mini-muffin Pan
  • Large Mixing Bowl

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage - Your favorite flavor
  • 1 lb Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick Biscuit Mix
  • ⅓ cup Milk
  • Onion powder - too taste
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley - finely chopped
  • Spray Oil - to grease pan

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then form into small balls.
    Do not overwork the mixture otherwise it will be tough when done.
  • Place in lightly greased mini-muffin pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-30 mins until browned and reach 165248F internal temp with a instant read digital thermometer.

Notes

Substitute Colby Jack for Cheddar for added richness.
