Medium Cheddar Cheese

Bisquick Biscuit Mix
⅓
cup
Milk
Onion powder

Parsley

finely chopped
Spray Oil

to grease pan
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then form into small balls.
Do not overwork the mixture
otherwise it will be tough when done.
Place in lightly greased mini-muffin pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 mins
until browned and reach 165248F internal temp with a instant read digital thermometer.
Notes
Substitute Colby Jack for Cheddar for added richness.
