Pizza Bread – Meat Lovers
Loaded with meat, rich sauce, and melted cheese in a golden loaf of Italian Bread. A bold Pizza packed with great flavors. Difficulty: Beginner

- Baking Sheet
- Small Bowl
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 lg. loaf Italian Bread
- 1 ½ cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
- 1 cup Pepperoni - Thick Slices
- ½ lb Italian Sausage - cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Butter - melted
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Fresh Parsley - chopped fine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover the baking sheet with enough foil to wrap the bread loaf.
- Place Bread on foil. Cut deep slices into the bread, 1 inch apart, but not through the bottom crust.
- In a small bowl, mix Melted Butter, Garlic Powder, and Italian Seasoning. Brush between & over the slices.
- Add a spoonful of Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, and cooked Sausage between each slice.
- Sprinkle any remaining Cheese and toppings on top of the bread.
- Loosely wrap in foil (sealing the loaf inside) and bake for 15 minutes.
- Open the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes, until the Cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add any of your other favorite toppings (Ham, Bacon, Onions, Mushroom Slices, Olives, etc.) to make this your very own creation.
