Chicken Wings – Deep Fried
Quick and Easy Wings that will be devoured in minutes. Perfectly Breaded – Just Made for dipping.Difficulty: Easy
Equipment
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Lg. Pot or Deep Fryer
INGREDIENTS…
- 2 Lbs Chicken Wings - Separated
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes - Optional for heat
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- ½ Tbsp Sweet Paprika
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- ½ cup AP Flour
- 2 Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut wings into Drumettes, Flats and Tips. Discard Tips.
- Heat oil to 375° F.
- In a Large Bowl add all dry ingredients & mix well.
- Add Eggs – Whisk to smooth, lump-free batter.
- Then add Chicken, coat evenly, and shake off excess batter
- Deep Fry until Golden Brown. (165° F internal Temp.)
- Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towel lined wire rack or serving dish.Serve Hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
When Frying, watch carefully. Wings will cook quickly.
