INGREDIENTS

Onion Powder

Red Pepper Flakes

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

Tbsp
Sweet Paprika

Cornstarch

AP Flour

Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut wings into Drumettes, Flats and Tips. Discard Tips.
Heat oil to 375° F.
In a Large Bowl add all dry ingredients & mix well.
Add Eggs - Whisk to smooth, lump-free batter.
Then add Chicken, coat evenly, and shake off excess batter
Deep Fry until Golden Brown. (165° F internal Temp.)
Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towel lined wire rack or serving dish.
Serve Hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
When Frying, watch carefully. Wings will cook quickly.
