This super easy Pepperoni Stromboli is the perfect weeknight meal or party appetizer..

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper

INGREDIENTS… 

  • 1 lb. Pizza Dough - refrigerated or homemade
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 Egg - lightly beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Marinara Sauce - for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the Pizza Dough into a large rectangle.
  • Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Grated Parmesan Cheese evenly over the Pizza Dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Layer the Pepperoni Slices evenly over the Cheese.
  • Roll the Pizza Dough tightly like a jelly roll, starting from the long side. Pinch the seams to seal.
  • Place the Stromboli on the baking sheet, .seam-side down.
  • Brush with the beaten Egg.
  • Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with Marinara Sauce.
