Stromboli
This super easy Pepperoni Stromboli is the perfect weeknight meal or party appetizer..Difficulty: Beginner
Equipment
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 lb. Pizza Dough - refrigerated or homemade
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
- 1 cup Pepperoni Slices
- 1 Egg - lightly beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- Marinara Sauce - for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the Pizza Dough into a large rectangle.
- Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Grated Parmesan Cheese evenly over the Pizza Dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer the Pepperoni Slices evenly over the Cheese.
- Roll the Pizza Dough tightly like a jelly roll, starting from the long side. Pinch the seams to seal.
- Place the Stromboli on the baking sheet, .seam-side down.
- Brush with the beaten Egg.
- Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with Marinara Sauce.
