INGREDIENTS

Pizza Dough

Mozzarella Cheese

Parmesan Cheese

Pepperoni Slices

Egg

lightly beaten (for egg wash)

Italian Seasoning

Garlic Powder
Marinara Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the Pizza Dough into a large rectangle.
Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Grated Parmesan Cheese evenly over the Pizza Dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Layer the Pepperoni Slices evenly over the Cheese.
Roll the Pizza Dough tightly like a jelly roll, starting from the long side. Pinch the seams to seal.
Place the Stromboli on the baking sheet, .seam-side down.
Brush with the beaten Egg.
Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder.
Bake for 15–20 minutes
, or until golden brown.
Cool for
5 minutes
, slice, and serve with Marinara Sauce.
