Pan Steak with Onion & Peppers
This one-pan meal is a fast, flavor-packed dinner that will disappear in minutes. Juicy Steak strips, caramelized Onions, and roasted Peppers combine to make everyone want seconds. Difficulty: Easy

- Large Rimmed Baking Sheet
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 ½ lbs. Steak - (Sirloin, Flank, or Skirt)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper - julienned
- 1 Green Bell Pepper - julienned
- 1 Yellow Onion - sliced root to stem
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
- Slice the Steak, Onions, and Peppers into narrow strips and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with Olive Oil and Worcestershire Sauce.
- Season with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Black Pepper. Toss together to coat evenly.
- Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until Steak is to your desired doneness and veggies are tender. Watch carefully to avoid overcooking.
- Broil the last 1 to 2 minutes for extra char, if desired.
- Serve warm.
