INGREDIENTS
1 ½lbs.Steak - (Sirloin, Flank, or Skirt)
1Red Bell Pepper - julienned
1Green Bell Pepper - julienned
1Yellow Onion - sliced root to stem
3Tbsp.Olive Oil
1Tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1tsp.Garlic Powder
1tsp.Onion Powder
1tsp.Smoked Paprika
1tsp.Italian Seasoning
1tsp.Salt
½tsp.Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
Slice the Steak, Onions, and Peppers into narrow strips and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle with Olive Oil and Worcestershire Sauce.
Season with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Black Pepper. Toss together to coat evenly.
