Ground Beef with Noodles

- Large Skillet with Deep Sides
INGREDIENTS…
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 8 oz. Egg Noodles
- 1 Small Onion - chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup - (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Salt - to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley - chopped (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the Egg Noodles until al denté, (7 to 9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the Ground Beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease, if needed.
- Add the Onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in Garlic and cook until fragrant. (1 minute)
- Add the Butter, stirring to melt. Pour in the Beef Broth and simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up any bits from the pan.
- Stir in the Heavy Cream and Cream Of Mushroom Soup until smooth.
- Add Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the Noodles and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add the Cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You may omit (or use less of) the Garlic if you like.
