INGREDIENTS
1lb.Ground Beef
8oz.Egg Noodles
1SmallOnion - chopped
3ClovesGarlic - minced
2Tbsp.Butter
1Tbsp.Olive Oil
1cupBeef Broth
1cupHeavy Cream
1canCream Of Mushroom Soup - (10.5 oz)
1cupCheddar Cheese - shredded
½cupParmesan Cheese - grated
1tspItalian Seasoning
½tspPaprika
½tspBlack Pepper
Salt - to taste
1Tbsp.Fresh Parsley - chopped (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Egg Noodles until al denté, (7 to 9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about2 minutes. Add the Ground Beef and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease, if needed.
Add the Onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened.
Stir in Garlic and cook until fragrant. (1 minute)
Add the Butter, stirring to melt. Pour in the Beef Broth and simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up any bits from the pan.
Stir in the Heavy Cream and Cream Of Mushroom Soup until smooth.
Add Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the Noodles and toss to coat in the sauce.
Add the Cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Cook for another 2 minutes, then garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You may omit (or use less of) the Garlic if you like.
