Chicken Bubble Casserole
This is true comfort food and incredibly easy to make. Tender chicken in a creamy sauce with fluffy biscuits creating a golden bubbly casserole that will be a family favorite.Difficulty: Easy

Equipment
- Large Mixing Bowl
- 9" x 13" Glass Casserole
INGREDIENTS…
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken - shredded or chopped
- 1 xan Refrigerated Biscuit Dough - about 8 biscuits
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
- 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley - chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9" × 13" baking dish.
- Cut the Biscuits into quarters. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, Milk, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Stir until smooth.
- Add the Cooked Chicken and half of the Cheese to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
- Fold the Biscuit pieces into the bowl until covered with sauce.
- Spread everything evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
