Chicken Bubble Casserole

This is true comfort food and incredibly easy to make. Tender chicken in a creamy sauce with fluffy biscuits creating a golden bubbly casserole that will be a family favorite.

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • 9" x 13" Glass Casserole

INGREDIENTS… 

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken - shredded or chopped
  • 1 xan Refrigerated Biscuit Dough - about 8 biscuits
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
  • 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley - chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9" × 13" baking dish.
  • Cut the Biscuits into quarters. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, Milk, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the Cooked Chicken and half of the Cheese to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Fold the Biscuit pieces into the bowl until covered with sauce.
  • Spread everything evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
