INGREDIENTS
2cupsCooked Chicken - shredded or chopped
1xanRefrigerated Biscuit Dough - about 8 biscuits
1cupCheddar Cheese - shredded
1cupMozzarella Cheese - shredded
1cupCream of Chicken Soup
½cupSour Cream
⅓cupMilk
1tsp.Garlic Powder
½tsp.Onion Powder
½tsp.Black Pepper
½tsp.Salt
½tsp.Paprika
1Tbsp.Parsley - chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9" × 13" baking dish.
Cut the Biscuits into quarters. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, Milk, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Stir until smooth.
Add the Cooked Chicken and half of the Cheese to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
Fold the Biscuit pieces into the bowl until covered with sauce.
Spread everything evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
