Beef Stroganoff
A flavorful Stroganoff with a special zing of Boursin Cheese. Easy to prepare right in your Slow Cooker. Everyone will love it.

Equipment
- 1 Large Skillet
- Slow Cooker
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. Egg Noodles - cooked, al dente
- 2 lbs. Beef Stew Meat - cubed
- 1 Onion - diced
- 1 pound Mushrooms - sliced
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 ½ cups Beef Broth - divided
- 1 pkg Boursin Cheese - 5.3 oz.
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsps. Cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season Beef with Salt and Pepper. Heat Oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add seasoned Beef to skillet . Quickly sear until browned on all sides. Do NOT over-cook.
- Place the browned Beef, Garlic Powder, Onion, Dijon, Worcestershire, Mushrooms and 2 cups Broth in a slow cooker.
- Cook 4-5 hours on high (7-8 hours on low) until beef is tender.
- When almost done, combine the remaining Broth with Cornstarch, mix until lump-free, and stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes or until thickened.
- Add the Boursin Cheese and Sour Cream and stir until smooth and completely combined.
- Serve over Egg Noodles.
