INGREDIENTS
⅓cupSoy Sauce
⅓cupLemon Juice
½cupOlive Oil
¼cupWorcestershire Sauce
1Tbsp.Garlic - Minced
1Tbsp.Italian Seasoning
1tsp.Garlic Powder
1tsp.Onion Powder
1tsp.Ground Black Pepper
½tsp.Salt
⅛tsp.Red Pepper Flakes
4Tbsp.Cold Butter, - Cut Into 1 Tbsp. Pats
Parsley - Finely Chopped (For Garnish)
Steak of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Insert the Steak(s) of your choice and marinade mixture into a resealable plastic bag and seal.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to overnight.
Grill or cook as usual to your preferred doneness level of Rare to Medium-Well for taste perfection.
Add a pat of Butter to each Steak as it finishes cooking to enhance its flavor.
Notes
Plain Butter will work but a Garlic Butter can be even better.Be sure to rest each Steak for a few minutes before cutting to allow the Steak's natural juices to recombine for maximum juiciness.
