INSTRUCTIONS
Cook beef in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat until it crumbles and is no longer pink.
Drain
, then stir in Chili Powder and allow to cool.
While beef is cooling, chop onion, lettuce, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and combine in a large re-sealable mixing bowl.
Add cheese, dressing, and beef, mixing well to combine.
Plate and then add
Crushed Tortilla Chips
as a topping.

Option:
You man substitute French Dressing for Catalina.
