Pull Apart Bread
A soft and fluffy pull-apart loaf that is easy to make with just a few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

Warm Milk

(Not Hot)

Instant Yeast

Sugar

Egg

Salted Butter

AP Flour
Melted Butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Milk, Sugar, and Yeast in large bowl. Allow to bloom for
5 to 10 minutes
until frothing.
Add Butter, Egg, and Flour.
Knead into Dough Ball.
Cover and allow to rise for
1 hour
- Punch it down.
On a floured surface, flatten to 1" thick.
Cut into 16 pieces and roll each into a ball by hand.
Roll each ball into a flat rectangle, the width of the pan, using a Rolling Pin
Make each into a mini jelly-roll shape and place each one, side by side, in a single layer across the greased Loaf Pans.
Cover and allow to rise for
40 minutes
. Meanwhile,
preheat oved to 325°F.
Bake
for 25 to 30 minutes
Immediately brush top with butter. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Use a clean towel or cling film to cover the bowl and pans while Dough is rising.
