INGREDIENTS
FOR CHICKEN
1lb.B/S Chicken Thighs - cubed
2Tbsp.Cornstarch
FOR THE ORANGE SAUCE
½cupOrange Juice
2Tbsp.Brown Sugar
1Tbsp.Soy Sauce
1Tbsp.Rice Wine Vinegar - (Optional - White Distilled)
¼tsp.Ground Ginger
DashRed Pepper Flakes
Zest of 1 Orange
2tsp.Cornstarch
2tsp.Water
FOR GENERAL TSO SAUCE
⅓cupLow Sodium Chicken Stock
1tsp.Dark Soy Sauce
1Tbsp.Soy Sauce
3½Tbsp.Brown Sugar
½tsp.Rice Wine Vinegar - (Optional - White Distilled)
2tsp.Cornstarch
2tsp.Water
OPTIONAL TO SERVE
Green Onions - chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
Cook Chicken
Combine chicken pieces and cornstarch in a bowl and mix until chicken is fully coated. Do not overly coat.
Cook chicken for 7-9 minutes shaking halfway.
Prepare Sauce
Combine the orange juice, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, and orange zest into a small saucepan on medium heat. (See note)
Bring mixture to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water together in a small bowl and add it to the sauce.
Simmer for 1 minute while stirring then immediately remove from heat.
Remove chicken from the air fryer and combine with sauce.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds if desired and enjoy immediately!
Notes
This makes enough sauce to coat the chicken. Simply double the recipe for extra sauce.
