Simple and quick, these Tomatoes will compliment any table. When Diced, they are perfect for Bruschetta.

INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange tomatoes in a large shallow dish.
Combine Oil, Vinegar, Sal;ami, and Spices in a jar; cover tightly and shake well.
Pour over tomato slices.
Crumble Goat Cheese over Tomatoes
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Notes
Chop the Tomatoes into 1/2" cubes for a perfect Bruchetta base topping.
Make the day before and simply keep refrigerated until needed.
