INGREDIENTS
1lb.Polish sausage - cut into bite-sizedchunks
2lbs.Sauerkraut - undrained
1cupwater
6MediumPotatoes - peeled and cut into large chunks
1Tbsp.Caraway Seeds - (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and cut Potaoes into medium chunks
Cut Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
Add everything into a large pot, stir, cover, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and allow to cook until the potqtoes are fork tender. (About 1 hour)
Notes
You can refrigerate leftovers for about three days.You may substitute your favorite sausage for the kielbasa but be warned... Other sausages don't give this dish the best flavor.
