INGREDIENTS
2Tbsp.Butter
2clovesGarlic - minced
8oz.Button Mushrooms - sliced
3cupsFresh Green Beans - tips removed - cut in half
½cupOnion - diced
3cupsChicken Broth
1canCream of Mushroom Soup - 10.75 oz.
¼cupParmesan Cheese - grated
½tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Black Pepper
½cupCrispy Onion Strings
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until just tender. Add garlic and sauté another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place green beans and chicken broth in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook about 8 minutes until beans are crisp-tender and drain.
Spray a 9" x 13" Glass Casserole with cooking spray.
Place the soup, mushroom mixture, green beans, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with crispy onion strings.
Bake for 20 minutes, until casserole is heated through.
