Instant Dry Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix by hand until the dough forms a ball. If dough is too sticky as you roll, wet your hand with a bit of tap water.
Preheat Oven to 350° F.
Cover the dough ball and allow it to rise in a warm place. When doubled, punch it down.
Divide dough ball into thirds and form into loaves. Place on a greased Baking Sheet or into Loaf Pans and allow to double again.
Brush tops with egg yolk. Score lightly with a sharp knife diagonally for appearance.
Bake at 350° F. for 35 minutes.
