INGREDIENTS
1lb.Ground Beef
1lb.Bacon
1Egg
¼cupBread Crumbs
1tsp.Kosher Salt
½tsp.Black Pepper
4oz.Cheddar Cheese - cubed
2tsp.Sesame Seeds - Optional for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.
Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix.
Cut cheese into ½” cubes.
Roll the ground beef mixture between your palms and form into a ball. Push a cheese cube into each and close meat over cube.
Wrap each ball with bacon, tucking in the ends. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Place the balls in the air fryer in a single layer, not touching each other.
Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Garnish finished balls with sesame seeds.
Serve with your favorite barbeque or dipping sauce.
